Our quality policy is to position ourselves as a market leader in the seed industry by providing customers with total satisfaction through improved quality. The Quality Assurance (QA) Laboratory is one of the most important department of the group company. Seed quality is assumed through our Field Inspection Team (FIT), Lab Tests, Grow Out Tests (GOT) and Molecular analysis. Seed viability, vitality and genetic purity are the most important aspects in determining the quality of seeds. Our skilled Seed Technologists strictly follow the Quality Assurance measures as per prescribed standard norms. To ensure Seed Purity and Quality, we have established an Advanced Quality Control Laboratory on our premises. Moreover, we have our own field facility for conducting ‘Grow Out Tests’ (GOT).
The QA policy of the company’s activities are aimed at providing timely, reliable and reproducible results. The QA function consists of one main seed testing laboratory and three ‘Grow Out Test’ locations across China with the head office in Hefei.
We are strictly adhered to maintain the China Maximum Seed Certification Standards. Once the samples goes through stringent testing activities and qualifies in all the parameters then only released for the marketing.
A well established Seed Testing Laboratory with ultra-modern equipment’s with all facilities, trained and dedicated manpower are the strength of the Quality Assurance Department of Platform Group Company. To maintain the sanctity of seed quality, obviously Quality Assurance Department is working round the clock with due emphasis on Physical Purity, Seed Health, Germination, Viability/Vigour tests, Genetic Purity and Trait Purity as per CHINA National standards（GB20464-2024）.
Quality Assurance not only assures the quality of the seeds but also assures the quality during Processing, Treatment, Packing, Logistics and finally the dispatches to the market till it goes in the hands of the end user i.e., FARMER. It also ensures the performance in the farmer’s fields by visiting randomly to Re-reassurance and farmer’s satisfaction.

We are seeking a visionary, passionate and mission-driven General Manager to lead our vegetable seed international business, driving global market expansion and strategic partnerships. As a business partner, you will play a key role in formulating and executing international strategies, leading our team to achieve business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for the international vegetable seed business, expanding overseas markets
Formulate our company’s annual operational plan and budget
Establish and maintain relationships with global clients, partners, and distribution channels
Lead the team in market positioning and international brand promotion
Optimize supply chain management to ensure efficient international operations
Analyze industry trends, seize market opportunities, and drive sustainable business growth
Represent the company at international agricultural exhibitions, industry forums, and business negotiations
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in agriculture, seed industry, or related fields, with international business management experience
English CET-6+ required, oversea working experience preferred
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and negotiation skills
Team leadership and global vision
Deep understanding of the vegetable seed industry and international market dynamics
